These one hour virtual or in-person sessions focus on bringing current life issues to the foreground and determining the best insights and actions to help you move forward and live your fullest life.  I use a combination of meditation, distance healing, tarot, dream analysis, moon cycle planning, journaling and guided discussion. Each session is designed to fit your unique needs and style.
